Mutic series of eFPGA products

      The MutiC series eFPGA products launched by Zhongke Xinmagnetic Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. are similar in function and performance to industry-leading FPGA products, and have lower power consumption. The "MutiC" series of eFPGA products have been silicon verified at TSMC 28nm and UMC28nm.

 The framework diagram of the "MutiC" series SoC-eFPGA includes basic elements such as CLE, D flip-flop, ERAM, and PLL, as shown in the figure.

  Product features:

  Users can customize the number of eFPGA resources: CLE, ERAM, DSP, PLL, IO, and Serdes.

  eFPGA IP distribution format: GDS file;

  Support process: TSMC 28nm, TSMC 22nm, UMC 28nm;

  The maximum Serdes rate is 13.1Gbps

  eFPGA performance:

                                           Maximum operating frequency: 600MHz

                                           Typical operating frequency: 200MHz to 400MHz

  Development tools: support integration, layout, wiring, download functions;

  Support for embedded platforms: ARM, RISCV, MIPS, DSP

  Debug: Provides the Debug platform for customers

  Provide rich soft IP resources for customers
